Curiosity is the basis for building bridges, that is my firm belief. So, that is what characterises me in my work: listening without judgement, and with curiosity to understand where the other comes from. Wheter that is in a mediation or in my work as a confidant. Sometimes the "understanding" is not achieved, but even then, the curiosity preveils. Not for what goes "wrong", but what causes me to be unable to understand.
That mindset helps me achieve a safe environment for others, whether that is one-to-one, or in a group.
