External Confidant

A confidant helps obtain a safe working environment. The advantage of an external confidant is that no one in the organisation will know when an employee contacts the confidant. This lowers the threshold and promotes a sense of safety.

As a confidant I offer a listening ear, so employees can always share their concerns and ask for advice, without implications for their work. Naturally, I the conversation is confidential, and I only report anonymously to management.

A confidant is more than just offering a listening ear. I also believe it is important to educate in organisations on all aspects of social security, and advise management on how to improve those. If I a listening ear, I look together with the "complainant" for the best solution, and I will follow the issue until it is solved.

An external confidant can also be a great addition if there is already an internal confidant in the organisation. I will be the sparring partner for the internal confident, and employees can get in contact with me if the interneal confidant is too close to the issue that employees have difficulty confiding with them.

I work with a subscription. A yearly subscription can be obtained for as little as €200 ex VAT/BTW.
