Connecting people is what inspires and motivates me. From the connection with yourself and connection with others authentic qualities will show themselves better. In connection, you will be less distracted by the delusion of the day, pressure from outside or inside.
In my work, I strive as much as possible to integrate thinking-doing-experience. It is this combination that makes changes sustainable. In my own learning process, too, I always encounter the combination of thinking-doing-experience, whereby living through what I learn is essential for me to fully connect with myself.
I am a 'soft learner'. I challenge what comes on my path, without getting into a fight. The sound of that word was for me an eye-opener and deep recognition for what I feel.
