The difficulty of being a mediator is that the involved parties do not really shout out loud that they have used a Mediator. Most of the references below are therefore anonymous, collected through evaluation forms or spontaneous emails.

Pleasant introduction where you can tell your whole story right away. The initial steam is let off in no time and Windy knows how to turn this into tangible facts and removing the painful points. Her calm demeanour adds to the atmosphere during the talks with both parties. She has a good listening attitude and knows how to point out the painful points well. She gives enough free space, but also summarises at key moments, which keeps you from spinning in circles. She is impartial and does know how to support and hear both parties well. It helped me tremendously not to get emotional, but to keep looking and talking about what really matters instead. This led to a nice agreement in which both parties were able to shake hands and end on a good note.

Windy is people and result focussed as a mediator. If both parties have the intention of resolving the issue, she has a constructive and aimed approach.
